In addition to
competitive salaries, Bluegreen offers a comprehensive benefits package (the "Benefits Package") to
eligible associates and their families. Our medical, disability and life
insurance plans, education and investment opportunities and generous personal
and vacation schedules can assist you with your needs today, while helping you
plan for tomorrow.
Certain benefits may vary based on various factors, including but not limited
to, applicable laws, position held, full-time versus part-time status and
length of service. Applicants should inquire as to the benefits applicable to
each position.

the event of a conflict between this and other descriptions of Bluegreen's Benefits Package, the
actual Benefits Package documents and contracts will control. Bluegreen reserves
the right to amend, modify, revoke or terminate any portion(s) of the Benefits Package, or any
benefits or aspects of the benefits comprising the Benefits Package, in whole or

Bluegreen offers a choice of HMO and PPO plans for eligible associates. Dependent
coverage is also available.*

The plan provides comprehensive dental coverage for eligible associates and is
also available for dependents.*

Bluegreen sponsors a vision plan for eligible associates that includes coverage
for vision examinations, lenses and frames.*

The plan allows eligible associates to set money aside, tax-free, through
payroll deductions for reimbursement of qualified healthcare expenses.*

The plan allows eligible associates to set money aside, tax-free, through
payroll deductions for reimbursement of qualified dependent-care expenses.*

Basic Term Life Insurance is provided to eligible associates enrolled in the
Medical Plan.*

Voluntary Accidental Death & Dismemberment insurance plan provides a
guarantee issue up to $500,000 of coverage for eligible associates.*

The plan provides to eligible associates a guarantee issue of $100,000, but
offers up to $300,000 coverage. $10,000 guarantee for those over age 60.
Supplemental life insurance is also available for dependents.*

This plan will provide partial income replacement for up to six months for
eligible associates who are unable to work due to a non-work-related illness,
injury or pregnancy.*

Voluntary insurance protection is available to eligible associates for partial
salary continuance in the event of a non-work-related illness or injury greater
than six months in duration.*

The plan is a qualified 401(k) Plan. The plan allows qualified employees to
contribute up to 18% of their pay on a pre-tax basis, subject to IRS determined
limits. Investment options include a diverse group of mutual funds. The Company
matches a portion of this contribution on an annual basis.*

time-off plan offered varies by position.*

The Company recognizes the need for associates to increase their job knowledge
and skills through the successful completion of selected, relevant courses
offered by accredited academic institutions. Educational Assistance is provided
to eligible associates.*

The Employee Assistance Program provides associates and dependents with access to counseling, referral services and web-based guidance resources.*

The Company has a program to provide eligible associates with an opportunity to
vacation at company resorts or other resorts through an exchange program.*
